Ray Dellovo
Founder & President
As Founder and President, Raymond Dellovo has been the driving force behind Dellovo Capital's revolution as a premier commercial mortgage brokerage. Ray is responsible for evolving the company's commercial capabilities with expansion in structured real estate loans as well as expanding its Private investor funds.
Ray has worked in the Commercial Mortgage industry for more than two decades and continues to build lender networks and strong client relations. Ray's previous experience includes private financial management for many family owned firms and has personally successfully negotiated over $500 million worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Harry Saul
Vice President/Director of Lender Relations
As Vice President and Director of Lender Relations, Harry brings over 38 years lending experience in the mortgage and banking business as a Loan Originator, Loan Officer, and Loan Processor, with experience at all levels of both residential and commercial lending. Harry's additional market experience includes Assistant Vice President and Vice President positions for regional banks like Leader Federal Savings, First Federal Savings, as well as management positions with Lynn Five Cents Savings, and Citibank. Harry was also an Owner/Branch Manager with both 1st Metropolitan Mortgage and NovaStar Home Mortgage.
Harry's strong work ethic is invaluable to Dellovo Capital and his extremely analytical approach provides our clients with the most comprehensive consulting and finance placement service required in the complex world of commercial mortgage finance.
Eric Dellovo
Account Manager -- Financial Products
Eric heads up the company's marketing department, with responsibility for the company's global recognition in the world of business and real estate finance. Eric has been responsible for constantly developing and improving the quality and consistency of client communication and has built a platform for continued success.
Eric's training includes real estate finance as well as commercial real estate development and is a licensed Realtor in the state of Massachusetts. Eric is a graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, a degree that will prove invaluable to Dellovo Capital.
Lynn Scott
Marketing/Administrative Assistant
Lynn is a marketing and administrative assistant with Dellovo Capital working closely with the other executives in facilitating every day office operations. Lynn is experienced in all categories of Microsoft and other computer software tools. Lynn brings years of experience to Dellovo Capital from a position where her strong computer skills assisted the company in identifying and developing more accurate communication with prospective clients.
